ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Regional Health Information Specialists - Ethiopia. The incumbent will responsible provide health information systems (HIS) technical support to the health facilities in the region and their respective Regional Health Bureaus (RHBs), including training, mentoring, and addressing technical issues.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Regional Health Information Specialists position by January 14, 2021. The successful candidate will hold Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or electrical engineering or related field and at least 5 years of experience in the health sector. (Master’s Degree in health informatics or a related field is advantageous)

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on US Government-supported programs including NGO experience, Ability to have Strong oral and written skills in English, Previous experience working at the National or Regional level is advantageous.
