Job Title: Network Sales Analyst

Now , Totalenergies (Total Ethiopia) is looking for qualified candidate for post of Network Sales analyst.
Job Description
Responsibilities;

1) Check and professionalizes data
  • Sets up a database with all information about the station
  • Collects, centralizes & checks all data reliability
  • Handling customer data (SAP code & Profit Centre) in line with our record
  • Data preparation & consolidation for the budget
  • Prepare a station segmentation depending on their level of activity
  • Prepare information for revision of Dealer’s profile twice in a year

 2) Analyze & report monthly Network performance
  • Monthly Business Review presentation + present same to management as needed
  • Analyzes the monthly indicators for stations (fuel volumes,SFS sales and margin, WCR, cash)
  • Sales volume score board update & reporting /timely + consistently
  • No of Active & None operational sites
  • Sales performance analysis flash per TM/AM/all NW with comment
  • Flash Report to Finance, with comment.
  • Collection forecast to treasury manager.
  • Produce summarized report that contribute 80% of sales volume (Fuel + Lube)
  • Analysis on OD & DSO performance by TM/AM & All NW and quarterly summarized report showing good & bad performers
  • Industry Market share status analysis
  • Non fuel Revenue Analysis
  • Scoreboard of Rental Charges (Fuel & None Fuel) + Follow up and report any discrepancy for immediate action
  • Prepare & provide timely feedback on VCS performance status to TMs /in consultation with RSM & submit to HR quarterly for payment
  • Run NCA and present in meeting

3) Monitor Network activity & Report

  • Weekly sales volume performance per TM - Weekly summarized and analyzed report
  • Creation of Rental Contracts in SAP, adjustment/amendment of Rental Charges whenever change is detected/reported from RSM,  (like temporary closure, Dealer change, Termination of Contract)
  • Analyses monthly the NCA (Network Contribution Account) for global Network and for each business models
  • Through data analysis, makes continuously proposals to NW to improve NW profitability
  • Generate and send daily sales report of (NW & SPE &B2B) to manage
  • Generate PR for NW as required & follow the status
  • Prepare data for NW budget exercise

4) Business Model Optimization

  • Work on NW Optimization, => P&L dealer for 100% CODO with NW Optimization concept for Rent Increase in existing sites + with revenue sharing 50/50 for new concepts
  • Ensures the optimization tools are relevant, standard and up to date
  • Ensure the forecast P&L are drawn up by the TM for each CODO station
  • Models the levels of costs and results based on benchmark and archives
  • Controls the Working Capital Requirement necessary to operate for each station
  • Controls for each station the level of profitability for Total and for the Dealer
  • Ensure the Network Contribution Account is available for each station
  • Ensures the real P&L (Profit & Loss) are analyzed monthly by the TM for each station
  • Analyzes the gap between the forecast P&L and the real P&L and suggest action plans
  • Analyzes monthly the financial situation and monitors financial risk for each dealer
  • Attends the credit committee to provide insight on dealer risk
  • Models concept to ensure fair distribution of income between Total and the Dealer
  • Controls the reliability of the NCA & ensures consistency of data for  the NCA sections
  • Conducts regular visits with the Territory Managers in order to understand the commercial approach

Job Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Management , Economics , Accounting , or BSC Degree in Statistics , Engineering or related fields.
  • Good Knowledge of Computer – MS Office (Power point, excel and words) and SAP system
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focus, attention to detail, ability & willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • Minimum 4 year experience
