Rework Inc would like to advertise the opportunity for recruitment of an HR Manager with a focus on Learning and Development for one of our clients in the Logistics Sector.
The HR Manager should be a passionate person about helping people learn and grow within the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
Responsibilities

  • Create and Execute Learning Strategies and Programs in alignment with the company’s overall people development plan
  • Sets and tracks annual, bi-annual, quarterly and monthly training KPIs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development requirements and needs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide in collaboration with internal and external teams (coaching, face to face and online training, mentoring, online training)
  • Lead and design training contents, workshops, and other platforms that will be very substantial in training delivery
  • Assess training needs within the organization and develop manpower capacitation plans
  • Assist employees to make the most of learning opportunities within the organization
  • Develop learning and development budgets in collaboration with the management team of the company
  • Positively influences the top management of the organization as they define the development goals of the employees of the organization by making sure it is part of the key priorities of the organization.
  • Develops, negotiates, and approves the major t4raining framework of the organization-wide training programs
  • Works on the specific development of internal trainers from experienced employees of the organization in order to develop organizational learning
  • Track learning and development budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Hire and oversee training, capacitation and learning and development specialists
  • Develops and implements Human Resources Strategies and resulting initiatives that are fully aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Working on strengthening employee relations by addressing demands and grievances
  • Lead and manage the recruitment proves within the organization
  • Support the organization's manpower and related business needs through the initiation, development, engagement, continuous management, and conservation of human capital.
