Job Requirements

  • Education  : Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management/ Administrative Secretary.
  • Experience  : A minimum of two years of work experience as Secretary preferably in Insurance industry.

Motorist

Job Requirements

  •  Education : Completion of Grade 10th/12th and possession of first  grade driving license
  • Experience: A minimum of two years as Motorist or equivalent

2.      Governance, Risk and Compliance Service Manager,

Job Summary

Directly reporting and accountable to the Board of Directors, administratively reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Manager of Governance, Risk and Compliance –has a responsibility to carry out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures, and standards by which the Company’s Operational, Financial, Material and Human Resources as well as information are being managed by giving independent assurance thereon; add value by conducting risk assessment in the most economic, effective and efficient manner, thereby assisting the Board and Management to successfully discharge their respective duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Education:  Chartered Insurance Institution (CII) Advanced Diploma or First degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Law, Banking and Insurance or related field of study,
  • Experience:  A minimum of 11 (eleven) years’ work experience in insurance, out of which 4(four) years shall be in a managerial position in any one or more of core areas of general insurance operations.

  • Adequate knowledge of audit processes and procedures, methods involved in conducting audits.
  • Analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and writing reports.
  • Ability to track and maintain current knowledge of development related to insurance proper and business matters of interest to internal audit.
  • Ability to use basic knowledge of IT like sending and receiving e-mails, website browsing, operation of personal computers/laptops, LCDs and so on by means of commonly used application software.

Language REQUIREMENTS

The applicant must have proven proficiency in spoken and written Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages.

 

3.      Assistant Attorney I

Job Requirements

  • Education: LLB Degree from recognized University or College
  • Experience: Not required
  • GPA  : 2.50  and above for Female and 2.75 for Male
  • only graduates of 2012 E.C and after are required to apply.
