SUMMARY:

Spa Therapist is responsible to assist the department in executing his / her assigned service operation as a successful profit center and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Liaise with the whole spa team and deal with queries in a professional and effective manner
  • Perform massage sessions to members and Guests in accordance with the massage schedule
  • Conduct body and treatment evaluation / reassessments for members and Guests on a regular basis with regards to the standards required
  • Ensure spa operation follows SOP guidelines and regulations
  • Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests
  • Handle customer complaints and therapy queries. Ensure all customer feedback (guest questionnaires, verbal comments, emails ect.) is used to inform changes in practice and provide staff training or corrective actions to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Provide usage reports on therapy services and ensure therapy room cleanliness at all times
  • Control the stock and inventory for therapy products and spa consumables
  • Ensure service is rendered in accordance with ESH standards for quality, consistency, and timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and health and safety. Investigate and resolve service complaints.
  • Ensure that all communication between the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) is accurate
  • Other duties as directed by Manager Recreation Club in order to run smooth operations.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

A minimum of college level II certificate in a related field of study from a recognized college with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

    • Liaise with the whole spa team and deal with queries in a professional and effective manner
    • Perform massage sessions to members and Guests in accordance with the massage schedule
    • Conduct body and treatment evaluation / reassessments for members and Guests on a regular basis with regards to the standards required
    • Ensure spa operation follows SOP guidelines and regulations
    • Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests
    • Handle customer complaints and therapy queries. Ensure all customer feedback (guest questionnaires, verbal comments, emails ect.) is used to inform changes in practice and provide staff training or corrective actions to ensure high standards are maintained.
    • Provide usage reports on therapy services and ensure therapy room cleanliness at all times
    • Control the stock and inventory for therapy products and spa consumables
    • Ensure service is rendered in accordance with ESH standards for quality, consistency, and timelines.
    • Maintain high standards of quality control and health and safety. Investigate and resolve service complaints.
    • Ensure that all communication between the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) is accurate
    • Other duties as directed by Manager Recreation Club in order to run smooth operations.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

A minimum of college level II certificate in a related field of study from a recognized college with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience.
