The Administrative Assistant screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from    supervisor and also types, registers and files letters ,minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials etc

Job Requirement

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATONSANS & EXPERIANCE:  Minimum BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management/Administrative service management and 2 years related work experience

REQUIRED NUMBER &DUTY STATIONS: Three(3); Hawassa, Gondar & D/Dawa
