Human Resource Coordinator Vacancy in Ethiopia 2021

Our client that is involved in the hotel and building administration sector is  looking for a human resources coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator key responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s

overall business strategy

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department and

other departments of the company

  • Developing HR department goals, objectives, and systems and training company personnel and 
  • Developing, analyzing, updating, Implementing and revising company’s compensation program
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
  • Conducting continuous personnel evaluations
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
  • Developing, revising, and recommending new approaches personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a positive work environment for employees; and most importantly, a positive
  • place of accommodation and service for each and every one of the company’s customers (tenants, hotel guests, etc.)
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement,

motivation and preservation of employees and Performing benefits administration

  • Maintaining affirmative action programs
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Preparing employees for job growth within the company
  • Proven documentation and follow up skill ( TIN No of employees, relative fees such us  pension funds and other payments)
  • Manage employees and address employee’s demands, grievances or other issues
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Conducting continuous training at different levels; on company policies/procedures.


  • BA in Business Administration, Administrative services management, Law and other relevant disciplines  
  • have proven work experience on HR supervision roles
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to develop HR strategy and ensure implementation
  • Must have active listening, negotiation, presentation and leadership qualities
  • Ability to build and effectively manage employee relationships at all levels of the company
