Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team. If you haven been working on 

establishing client relationships, providing support, identifying prospects and changing leads to clients and like to work closely with multiple stakeholders then this is the job for you.

Job Overview/Summary

As a Key Member of the sales team, the Sales Representative is responsible primarily to increase the company's revenue by actively working on the set goals and the overall direction of the sales program. This position is considered to play a key role within the sales unit and requires a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.

 Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Receive and efficiently manage the stock inventory at the assigned sales outlet.
  • Sales company products and Solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies business opportunities and product improvements by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Ensure departmental financial and non-financial objectives are met and take full accountability
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards and policies. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by continually updating self on new products and solutions.
  • Prepares periodic reports as per company standard and submit them to subordinates.


  • Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration  (IT Background is a plus)


  • More than 4 years of experience as sales/ sales representative (Experience in IT or related sector is advantageous) 

Skill and Knowledge

  • Sales presentation and Client Relationship, Negotiation and Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals and Sales Planning
  • High Knowledge on Products & Solutions, Market Competition, Windows and MS Office, Typing Skills (English & Amharic).
  • Excellent language & communication skills (verbal and written) - Emails, letters, convincing people.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize & schedule workloads and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
