Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Field Operation Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of customer support services to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial and commercial performance of delivered customer support services. The role also includes leading the customer network support engineers’ team and working closely with the competence centers, global support, and product line maintenance teams.

You will:

  • Manage FSO Resources and all stockholders in Ericsson closely.
  • Engagement with stockholders in Ericsson to have better delivery (Sourcing, ASPM, ARPM, …)
  • Manage a team of 10+ coordinators and 300+ NDM resources.
  • Drive large and complex engagements across MMEA.
  • Identify new opportunities and work in new FSOs Launching across MMEA.
  • Develop a positive & productive culture within the extended team.
  • Coaching and development of staff capabilities.
  • Review technical competence of his teams regularly.
  • Continues building and encouraging a creative and learning culture.
  • Ensure project requirements are clear and commit to delivering.
  • Reducing the cost of the teams and work on efficiency.
  • Cost Centers analysis and financial figures presentation to Head of FSO.
  • Monthly reporting for all units for team’s performance and financial figures.
  • Monitor and follow up monthly on FSO Service provider's POs and financial settlements.
  • Ensure compliance, ethics and exhibit exemplary role-model leadership behaviors

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Education: Min. Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • NRO Field Experience is a must with 10+ Years in the implementation and teams Management domain.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as FSO and 3 years as FSO Manager.
  • Experience in Complex and Big Sized Projects.
  • Deep experience of leading teams in a multicultural collaborative.
  • Previous experience in managing big organizations with 100 to 300 resources.
  • Professional attitude with solid ability to prioritize, manage time and deliver results
  • High Negotiation skills.
  • Understand ASPs Business.
  • Excellent social and communication skills.
  • Team player, building strong and highly empowered teams with the ability to inspire others.
  • Respect for deadlines and the ability to empower people under a high workload is needed.
  • Must have excellent consulting and mentor skills for knowledge share.
  • Very good skills in oral and written communications
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to develop and give effective presentations to different levels
