Position#1: Principal-IFB, Branch Coordination & Shariah Advisory Committee Secretariat                                               

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Job summary:

The Job holder is responsible to provide all IFB related technical support to Branches and other functional units of the Bank as well as all matters in relation to the Shariah Advisory Committee. Mainly, S/he is expected to:

  • Provide all kind of technical supports to Branches/customers, as the case may be, regarding IFB
  • Coordinate, organize and manage all matters in relation to Shariah Advisory Committee,
  • Play linking role between Shariah Advisory Committee & the IFB unit (Bank),
  • Arrange and manage the Shariah Advisory Committee regular meetings, and
  • Disseminate Shariah Advisory Committee’s decisions to relevant organs

Position#2: Senior Applications Development Officer 

Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Information technology plus a minimum of four (6) years in applications development.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa for Positions No. 1 & 2

Position#3: Branch Manager Class III Branch 

Qualification &  Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of 9 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

Place of Work: Dembi Dollo Branch – Dembi Dollo Town for Position No. 3

Position#4: Customer Service Manager II Class IV Tier C Branch

Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics plus minimum of Six (6) years’ experience, with at least 3 years at operational work.

Place of Work:

  1. Biyo Branch – Chinaksen Town for Position No. 4
  2. Korhay IFB Branch – Kebridehar Town for Position No. 4

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
