Adira Business and Events is recruiting for a well renowned PLC business in Addis Ababa, around Bole medhanialem. The import/export, manufacturing and real estate business is looking for a Personal Assistant and Marketing Officer.


Position one: - Personal Assistant (PA)

  • Education:- BA degree in Management, Business, Economics and any related field
  • Experience:- 2-5 years as admin assistant or executive secretary
  • Salary- negotiable

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
  • Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for different manager's meetings and other executive meetings
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the employer
  • Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Read and write correspondence in mail or email for
  • Required Qualifications 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Amharic languages
    • Detail oriented with excellent communication skill
    • Superb organizational skill
    • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)
    • Ability to work with little to no supervision
