Tasks Description


- Maintain and facilitate relationship with media agency, managing their performance;
- Coordinate with media agency on public event organization, guarantee the event's result;
- Construct and maintain ordinary relationship with press and KOL, participating and supporting media activities;
- Be responsible for media content generation and localization, maintaining and following the media calendar;
- Be familiar with all departments, identify corporate internal media demand, and help to constantly improve corporate image;


Qualifications for Media Manager
Skills requirement:
- No less than 3 years in Corporate public relation dept./mass media/media agency/governmental spokesman dept. with media management experience or in a similar role;
- Excellent oral/written communication skills with a good command of BOTH English and Amharic language;
- Advanced skills in MS Office, Word, PPT, EXCEL;
- High personal communication skills;


Knowledge requirement:
- Bachelor or higher degree, majored in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, and public relations related specialties;
- Understanding of local media and social media with real-life practice;
- Understanding in content creation that targets a specific audience;
- Experience in corporate public event organization;
- Experience in video documentary content production is appreciated;
- Experience in digital media operation is appreciated;
- Experience in corporate public event with African Union is appreciated;
