Job Description               

East Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia. We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Administrative Assistant. The job holder will provide administrative support to Legal Counsel and Public Affairs and Communications team. The position reports to the Legal Counsel and Public Affairs and Communications Director.

Key Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Skills, Experience & Education 

First Degree in Administrative Service Management or Secretarial Science and Office Management or Management or related filed of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Administration with 3 years relevant experience.
