Marathon Express Couriers wants a front desk officer for customer handling and documentation and office activities.
Duties / responsibilities and Skills
- Receptionist / customer handling
- Document processing and clearance
- Composing letters and handling correspondences
- Good personal communication skill
- Data management, archiving and backups
- Summarizing information and reporting activities
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to participate in every activity required to fulfill the company goals
- Willing to learn new things and work independently
- Capable of working with other staff members (collaborator and team player)
- Willing to be available outside working hours and extended working hours (happens rarely)
- BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- 0 to 4 years of experience in related work areas.
- Based on Company scale (+ transport allowance)
- Addis Ababa
