Office Manager
Under the supervision of the respective director, the Office manager performs a variety of administrative support tasks, produces a variety of forms documents, drafts and files, correspondences, operates office machines and handles other secretarial duties, takes minutes, of meetings, schedule appointments and performs clerical activities of the division.
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields with 4 years of experience.
