Management Intern (Urgent)

Adira Business and Events is a company that gives tailor-made admin support to different businesses and organizations in Ethiopia. Our main goal is to support our customers in areas of business set up (from registration to operation), human resource management and event coordination.

ABE is looking for a young management trainee for a new project. The work is for only 4 weeks on contract bases.   

Experience: - 0 years 

Education: - BA degree in Business Management, Economics, and Marketing, Accounting or any other business related field 

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-

  • Establish and maintain physical and computerized office records
  • Support the admin manager team in physical inventory counting
  • Support the admin manager team in the establishment of Inventory Management System
  • Support the admin manager team in hiring process ( CV collection, selection and interview)
  • Prepare contact list for employees, suppliers and customers
  • Follow up on e-mails and letters
  • Audit HR files and make recommendations
  • Support the admin manager in establishing different office procedures and formats
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the admin manger

 

Skills needed:- 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Amharic languages
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication skill
  • Superb organizational skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
