Board Secretary and Executive Assistant to The President
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Board Secretary and Executive Assistant to the President provides administrative support to the Board and its Sub-Committees as well as the Executive Management of the Bank, through the timely and accurate collection, documentation and sharing of information for the use of Board members, executive management and relevant government bodies.
In Addition, preparing agenda of meetings in consultation with Chairperson of BoDs and the President of the bank, distributing agenda of meetings to participants and taking minutes of the meetings of the Board & its Sub-Committees as well as Senior Management are also some of the responsibilities.
Moreover, she/he is assigned as a custodian of Board of Directors’ & its Sub-Committees’ & Policy Committee’s minutes, agenda, various reports, & communication documents
- Masters or First Degree in Business Administration/
- Management/Banking & Finance/ Accounting/ related fields
- Relevant Experience, preferably in Banking Industry, of 7 Years for Masters and 9 Years for First Degree.
Place of Assignment: Office of Board Secretariat, Addis Ababa
