Customer Success Specialist
Givingloop is the monthly donation platform for nonprofits. We focus on the US market to sell our Software as a Service.

- Be available for 8 hours a day.
You will be responsible for all communication with new customers starting from giving them the "Demo", onboarding them on our platform, and making sure they are having the best experience on the platform.
Communication is the core of this job in all its different types: Educative communication while giving the demo, good listening to hear customer needs, persuasive communication to close the deal and onboard the organization and communicating with the team to deliver customer feedback.
The salary ranges from $300 to $350 monthly. This is a full time remote job.
