1. Driver Mechanic (One for Addis and One for Field Office)
Job Summary
- Support project implementation by providing transport services
- Implement vehicle management procedures and regulations
- Ensure vehicle annual inspection and third party insurance are properly managed
- Follow up regular vehicle maintenance schedule and ensure log books are updated
Job Requirement
- Completion of vocational school and Diploma in Auto mechanic and 5 years working experience
- 3rd level driving license is essential
Duty station: will be in the selected woredas of Wolaita and Silte zones
2. One Stop Job Center Facilitator
Job Summary
- Facilitate in identification of training needs and other services to cooperatives, small enterprises, community institutions and unions
- Facilitate to organize stakeholder plat forms for consultation and project implementation
- Facilitate in collecting relevant information on job seekers and inform to access job portals
- Facilitate local labour market gap assessment, through identification of interest and capabilities of youth, women, IDPs and returnees.
- Facilitate to collect data to manage information against active labour policies and employment measures to strengthening linkages between the public employment service sector and the business actors at local level.
Job Requirement
- BA Degree from the recognized University or college in the field of Sociology, management, economics, agricultural economics and related field of study
- BA 8 years’ experience working in rural community development projects preferably in NGO sector
- (Required No. 2)
Skill and Competence
- Facilitation capacity of partners, stakeholders, community institution and beneficiaries
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English and local languages
- Knowledge in computer software application possibly access to job portals
- Negotiation and communication skill
- Ability to work with the team

3. Mobile Cashier
Job Summary
- Keeps all finance documents for reconciliation and replenishment
- Maintain petty Cash books for accounting records
- Handle payments and manage petty cash as per the working procedure
Job Requirement
- BA Degree or Diploma in accounting or management from recognized university/college
- 3 years of working experience in NGO sector
- knowledge in accounting principles and practices

4. Woreda Youth Employment and Empowerment Officer
Job Summary
The incumbent is responsible to address employability in coordination with project beneficiaries and to improve socioeconomic and employment opportunities for youth and women at project locations through working with national, regional, zonal and woreda relevant government and business sector key players and stakeholders.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure Public Private Partnership platforms are in place for consultation and implementation of the project to increase employability;
- Designed online Job portals are functional and linked to the regional and national existing portals to inform about skills development and employment-oriented opportunities;
- Develop business plans for the existing small and micro enterprises and newly emerging enterprises and facilitate skills training to youth and women beneficiaries and link to access financial services;
- Create job market solution system by developing information flow for successful employability
- Responsible for overall coordination of the project at woreda level implementation
- Support to manage and assess information against active labour policies and employment measures to strengthening linkages between the public employment service sector and the business actors at regional, national and woreda levels.
Job Requirement
- MA/BA Degree from the recognized University or college in the field of Sociology, management, economics, agricultural economics and related field of study
- MA Degree 8 years and BA 10 years’ with practical experience working in rural community development projects preferably in NGO sector
- (Required No. 2)
Skill and Competence
- Coordination , leading and facilitation capacity with partners and stakeholders
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English and local languages
- Report writing skill
- Proficiency in computer software application possibly job portal development
- Analytical, planning and negotiation skill
- Ability to develop team sprit

5. Project Admin Accountant
Job Summary
- Maintain computerized accounting system in line with country office system
- Update financial records and transactions following general accounting principles
- Manage receipt and disbursements for project fund in accordance with NGO and donor regulations and prepare periodic financial reports
- Perform payroll activities in compliance with the existing procedures
- Ensure taxes are collected and timely deposited in accordance to the government regulation
- Maintain proper filing system for financial documentation
- Engage in allocation and effective and efficient use of logistics and office facilities
- Ensure human resource management and maintain smooth working environment
JOB REQUIREMENT
- BA Degree in accounting from recognized university/college
- 5 year of financial management and accounting experience in NGO sector
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in application of relevant accounting software
- Working with team spirit is highly required
