Senior Customer Service Officer – Operation – (For Addis Ababa Branches)
The purpose of this job is to serve customers and ensuring customer satisfaction with full effort and maximum care; call and visit customers, promote the bank and its products, propose to establish relationship with the bank and follow up on the customer’s action and the bank’s services being provided and ensure all banking needs of customers are met on time.
Minimum Work experience and Educational Qualification Requirements
- BA/BSC in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration or related fields
- 4 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as an Officer or in equivalent Positions.
- Basic Computer Application Skills
- Communication skills
- Industry Specific skills (Product and Service)
- Emotional Intelligence
- Data Analysis and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and strategic planning skills and etc…
*Candidates with loan officer and bank accounting experience are highly encouraged
