JOB REQUIREMENT

  • BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Marketing Management/ Economics or related field of study with 6 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Additional/special skill:Knowledge of leadership skill for position and basic computer operation skill is required for all positions,
  • Language proficiency: Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages. Fluency in local languages will have paramount importance as well.

Required Competencies:

  • Ability to identify market opportunities which are customer focused,
  • Ability to respond to all client inquiries and instructions , capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests,

2.     Cyber Analyst And Security Operation Officer

Job Requirement

  • BSc in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or related fields of study with 2years of relevant experience.
  • Language proficiency: Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages. Fluency in local languages will have paramount importance as well.

Required Competencies:

  • Knowledge on Bank IT Security area,
  • Upgrading IT Security measures, commercial and open source monitoring tools; Cyber threats, vectors, and actors;

3.     Hardware Technician

JOB Requirements

  • Diploma/Level in Computer Engineering/ Hardware Maintenance or related fields of study with 3years relevant experience.
  • Language proficiency: Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages. Fluency in local languages will have paramount importance as well.

Required Competencies:

  • Operating System, Hard Ware, Commonly used Software’s, Electricity safety issues

4.     Maintenance Technician-Office Equipment’s

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/Level IV in General Technician/Electronics or other relevant fields of study with 3years relevant experience.

  • Good oral communication, and organizing,
  • Advising, handling hazardous materials,
  • Problem solving, Use of job related equipment,

5.     ATM and POS Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • BSc in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or related fields of study with 2years of relevant banking experience.
  • Language proficiency: Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages. Fluency in local languages will have paramount importance as well.

Required Competencies:

  • Technical Engineering, Mathematics, Planning and designing tools, Negotiation,
  • Analytical and Computer literacy,
  • Business Process,

6.     Branch Manager I

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Economics or related fields of study with 5years of relevant banking experience.  Having managerial exposure is advantageous.
  • Additional/special skill:Knowledge of leadership skill for position and basic computer operation skill is required for all positions,

  • Motivational, solid knowledge of Banking Operation, Analytical and Communication skill, Cross-selling,
  • Marketing, Domestic Banking, Knowledge of bank products, Financial product regulations, Legal aspects of banking

Place of work:Nekemte District Office(Mizan Aman Branch), Shashemene District Office (New Branch to be opened in SNNP Region, Alaba Town) and Dessie Relationship Office (New Branch to be opened  at Amhara Region, Oromia Special Zone, Senbete Town)

7.     Principal Entrepreneurship Development Officer

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • BA/BSc or MA/MSc Degree in Economics, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing Management, Accounting or related fields of study with 6years of work experience in the entrepreneurship space. Having experience of delivering training directly to the communities is advantageous.
  • Language proficiency: Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages. Fluency in local languages will have paramount importance as well.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with youth and motivate individuals to be an entrepreneur,
  • Excellent mentoring skills with oral and written communication skills,
  • Well organized working style with excellent time management skills,
