  • Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of actions in accordance with Company processes


  • Work with the clients, other support organizations and companies to develop and enhance services
  • Examine Center financial data and use them to propose ways to be more efficient

Leadership & Management

  • Maximize productive efficiency within the company
  • Manage the Center’s operation and staff in accordance with Company’s Values, and develop the Center’s culture to ensure its alignment with the Values
  • Ensure the integrity of systems and processes to manage applications effectively and ensure the confidentiality of client, the company and customers information
  • Be the point of contact to client


  • Ensure the effective implementation of central Company initiatives
  • Any other duties assigned by management
