Job Title: Manager, Performance Management Division

Job Summary: The purpose of the job is to assist In the development of strategy, policies and procedures for knowledge and innovation functions; to plan, organize, and direct the operation of the performance management division and ensure Its effective operation; to develop and implement bank wide performance measurement framework ; to consolidate and ,annual plan and budget to monitor and evaluate the financial and non-financial performance of the bank and Its branches produce and submit report for senior management’s decision, and to prepare and submit periodic reports of the division.
Minimum experience and Educational qualification Requirements:
  • BA/BSC in Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing, Economics or in related fields
  • 8 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years in a supervisory position.
