Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: The purpose of this job is to provide clients/ guests with primary level information about the bank and respective units’ function; to maintain the office look and ambiance and ensure its convenience and attractiveness; to facilitate the works of the department to which she/ he is assigned by planning their office supplies requirement and availing stationery and related items; to perform secretarial duties; to organize the departmental records and correspondences with internal and external customers
Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements:
  • B.A in Marketing Management, Management, Administrative Service Management and Technology System or in related fields.
  • Graduate of 2016/2017 or 2017/2018
  • CGPA 2.50 and above
  • Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
