1. E-Banking Officer (Regional)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Management/Accounting or related fields
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
Competency:
  • Good knowledge of banking operation; mobile and agent banking regulations and practices; and policies, procedures and regulations of banks
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer application skills
  • High commitment for frequent field travels

2. Customer Service Officer

Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting/Management/ Economics or related fields
Experience: 1 year of experience as a graduate trainee/ relevant banking experience
Competency:
  • Knowledge of banking principles and practices; cash management practices of banks;
  • Basic computer application skills.
