Job Description–Sales Supervisor
Reporting to: Sales Manager


Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of local sales activities
  • Ensure sales targets (personal and team) are achieved every month
  • Effective usage of communication materials needed for sales activities
  • Constantly build and manage list of key relevant leads from potential customers and follow up until conversion to actual sales
  • Ensure adequate preparation for each sales call and that you and the whole sales team are fully equipped at all times with a range of effective ideas, data and latest information.
  • Ensure expected telephone call rates are achieved consistently
  • Ensure the smooth correlation of exhibitor contracts to floor plan
  • Management of exhibitors before, during and after the show
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the exhibition during build up, the event open times and breakdown in coordination with concerned functional team and vendors
  • Support sales team to close deals and provide territory cover during periods of absence.
  • Oversee progress of sales performance against plans and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of sales objectives falls within targeted monetary returns.
  • Other activities as per the instruction of superiors.

Job Description–Junior Sales Representative
Reporting to: Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager


Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Proactively selling temporary exhibit space, sponsorship and advertisement.
  • Constantly build relevant prospect lists to organize sales efforts.
  • Generating customer leads, researching industry trends, and prospecting at other trade show events.
  • Maintaining a prospect database.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, ensuring adequate preparation for each sales call and that you are fully equipped at all times with a range of effective ideas, data and latest information.
  • Ensure expected telephone call rates are achieved consistently
  • Effective usage of communication materials needed for sales activities
  • Developing relationships with key exhibitors through tradeshow visits and telephone/e-mail contact.
  • Assisting with exhibitor contract preparation.
  • Assisting in floor plan layout.
  • Ensure the smooth correlation of exhibitor contracts to floor plan
  • Coordinating show preparation materials including files to go on show site, printing reports, packing office supplies, etc.
  • Assisting with on-site show management and solving on-site exhibitor issues at trade show events  
  • Ensure personal sales targets are achieved every month
  • Provide territory cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
  • Oversee progress of your sales performance against plans and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of sales objectives falls within targeted monetary returns.
  • Continuously improve through feedback 
  • Other activities as per the instruction of superiors.
