Reception/Customer Service 

Our client is currently in search of a Reception/Customer Service Representative. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Monitor petty cash is handled in proper accounting procedures
  • Ensure all payments are duly approved, signed and collected
  • Handle Hotel reservation for customers
  • Monthly report to ERCA (TAX, VAT, WHT)

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting,
  • Experience minimum 1 year
  • Gender Female
  • Excellent communication skills English and Amharic.
  • Good knowledge of MS office and MS Excel
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
