Our office is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. The new hire will play vital role in customer service and organizational efficiency. The administrative assistant will be a self-motivated person with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities of the administrative assistant will include the following:
  a) conducts clerical duties including filing of documents;
  b) responds to emails and phone calls;
  c) coordinates use of office facilities;
  d) schedules meetings;
  e) performs accounting tasks such as invoicing;
  f) handles routine office bills;
  g) maintains stock lists and purchase of office supplies and
  h) submits documents and collect documents from different offices, if need be.
