Background Information – UNOPS Ethiopia Operational Hub (ETOH)

Established in 2009, UNOPS Ethiopia Office has been providing services to various partners, including the government of Ethiopia, UN agencies such as WHO, UNHCR and WFP, and other international organizations. In 2014, the UNOPS Executive Director decided to establish the UNOPS Ethiopia Operational Hub, which manages and coordinates the UNOPS activities in Ethiopia, as well as Sudan and Djibouti.

UNOPS ETOH activities range from tailor-made administration, operations, human resources and logistics support for implementation of development and humanitarian projects; infrastructure and procurement management services; and advisory services to partners to facilitate effective procurement, supply and financial management.

Infrastructure Projects Context

Infrastructure developments comprising of four stages; namely: project initiation stage; project design stage; procurement stage and construction stage including the defects notification stage. Each stage will be comprised of various tasks that include feasibility study, need assessment, cost estimates timelines, design developments for simple projects and/or design reviews, preparation of terms of reference, RFQs, RFP and ITBs, contract document preparations, construction supervision and monitoring until the expiry of the defects notification period. Projects will be located at various regions in Ethiopia, Sudan and Djibouti.

The Senior Project Engineer provides technical assistance and expertise with reference to the feasibility/design/procurement/construction requirements as well as field coordination, ensuring high quality and consistency of work. The Senior Project Engineer supervising a diverse technical team promotes a collaborative, client focused, quality and results-oriented approach in the Project Team. He/She will also provide mentorship to junior team members ensuring knowledge transfer for capacity development.The Senior Project Engineer will report to the Head of Programme or Project Manager.

Functional Responsibilities

1. General Construction

  • Plan and coordinate work activities with the Project Manager or Head of Programme.
  • Contribute to development, implementation, monitoring and updating of the Project plans and strategies in order to ensure delivery is to the scope budget and time.
  • Provide expertise opinion/advise the Project Manager on all engineering issues
  • Take timely action to prevent potential delays and/or cost overruns that can be avoided.
  • Report and recommend remedial actions regarding potential delays and/or cost overruns to the Project Manager or Head of Programme.
  • Provide supervision of project work progress and quality for on-time project delivery.
  • Prepare project related documentations such as periodic progress reports, site monitoring reports, stakeholder meeting minutes, engineer's instructions and variation orders, contractor's bills review reports, certifications, client hand-over documents and contracts close-out reports.
  • Manage final hand over and acceptance report based on technical specifications against the approved project.
  • Provide data and information about project work to Project Manager or Head of Programme for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure UNOPS FIDIC contracts are administered appropriately.
  • Ensure proper liaison, coordination and exchange of information with the Municipal Authority
  • Accompany all site visits by any Authority and Donor representatives.
  • Provide a monthly report to the Project Manager or Head of Programme detailing all project matters including quality, health and safety, environmental and financial, as well as any issues relating to possible delays, cost overruns, variations and any other matter as agreed with the Project Manager.

2. Feasibility /needs assessment

  • Complete needs assessment, organize preliminary studies, and monitor/supervising consultants.
  • Manage the review of requests for new construction and rehabilitation works.
  • Carry out assessments and prepare reports with recommendations for follow up actions.
  • Redact the tender dossier, with particular focus to the technical documents (drawings, BoQ, technical specification and standards).
  • Develop of project initiation document.

3. Design Management

  • Outline design requirements (e.g. timeline) to procure design services, including concept, preliminary and final stages where applicable;
  • Prepare structural design calculations for projects to be developed by the UNOPS design team in the field offices and within the Hub;
  • Preparation of structural design drawings, specifications and BoQs for projects by UNOPS design team in the field offices and within the Hub.
  • Manage the design plan ensuring deliverables are available on time, and to the required quality.
  • Review and approve the BoQ.
  • Lead the procurement team with technical guidance in preparation of tender documentation and bid analysis where required.

4. Construction supervision

  • Supervise construction works and administer works execution as per the contractual provisions and the design specifications.
  • Ensure quantity/quality control and time schedule consistency.
  • Verify that works are consistent with the project technical specifications and inform promptly of eventual deviations.
  • Ensure constructions works are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.
  • Provide regular supervision of the project work progress and quality for on time delivery.
  • Ensure respect of Health and Safety procedures on the site and report any irregularity
  • Ensure that aspects of good governance are integrated into the rehabilitation/reconstruction projects

5. Knowledge management

  • Provide training and technology transfer to national personnel and contractor’s personnel and advice on good construction practices, good environmental management practices, and appropriate health and safety standards during construction
  • Contribute to the dissemination and sharing of best practices and lessons learned for development planning and knowledge building.

IV IMPACT OF RESULTS

The effective and successful achievement of results by the Senior Project Engineer directly impacts on achievement of the projects and consequently reinforces the visibility and image of UNOPS as an effective service provider in project services and management and strengthens its competitive position as a partner of choice in sustainable development and project services.

Education/Experience/Language requirements

A. Education

  • Advanced University Degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering or related field is required.
  • A combination of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields with 10 years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the education requirements outlined above.
  • Professional Structural Engineer Certification (for example Practicing Professional Structural Engineer /PPST/ from recognized registration body ) or Project Management Certification (for example PRINCE2® Foundation) is desirable

B. Work Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience, related to the project requirements, in civil engineering construction management is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years in design of building structural design in the capacity of professional structural engineer is an asset;
  • A minimum of 5 years involvement in the design review of building design drawings, specifications and bill of quantities is an asset;
  • Demonstrated International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) contract knowledge is desirable.
  • Some experience in the UN system organizations and/or a developing country is desirable.
  • Experience in supervision of civil engineering construction activities is required.
  • Experience in proposal development will be an advantage.

C. Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Knowledge of another official UNOPS language is an asset.

Responsibilities

Strategy

Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against key performance indicators (KPIs)

Be resourceful in leveraging team, networks and leaderships knowledge for new marketing initiatives

Engage in clear, timely, fact-checked communication with clients, audience and partners alike

Qualifications

General Description of the Programme:

GOAL has been working in Ethiopia since 1984 implementing a range of development and nutrition response activities, including working with street children, pastoralists and rural small holders. Currently GOAL is implementing development programmes in three rural areas of Ethiopia and a Street Children’s programme in the capital, Addis Ababa. Development programmes have a strong focus on health, education, nutrition, watsan, and HIV/AIDS, with particular emphases on integration of activities and community participation as a core feature of activities. Cross cutting issues include gender, the environment, child protection and HIV/AIDS. GOAL Ethiopia utilises a strengths based approach to all development activities.

GOAL Ethiopia operates a complex multi-faceted emergency response programme that focuses on health, WatSan and Nutrition responses. Through this programme, GOAL has developed significant expertise in Community based Therapeutic Care (CTC), including capacity building of MoH staff, nutrition surveys and assessments and supplementary feeding activities.

Currently GOAL Ethiopia's major funders are USAID/OFDA, USAID/Child Survival, Irish Aid/MAPS, Irish Aid/EHAF, Comic Relief, EU/ECHO and UNOCHA.

General Description of the Role:

GOAL has grown rapidly in recent years terms of annual budget spend, and the Human Resources, Logistics Management; and Financial Control systems have expanded in response to this growth. The current annual budget for 2012 is more than $10m and GOAL employs 500 staff in Ethiopia. The Assistant Country Director (Systems) will work closely with the national Financial Controller, Human Resources Manager and Logistics Coordinator to ensure all the support systems meet the demands that the rapidly growing organisation places upon them.

The Assistant Country Director (Systems), as a key member of GOAL Ethiopia’s senior management team, will also be expected to contribute to the overall development and running of the country programme, with a significant focus on maintaining and improving financial management, donor compliance and internal control systems, with particular emphasis on managing and building the capacity of key national staff. He/She should partake in the weekly management meeting, usually held on a Monday. It is desirable that he/she is a qualified accountant or has a strong financial background.

Overall objectives of the position:

To ensure the effective development and operation of the Human Resource Management, Logistics Management and Financial Control and Donor Compliance systems of GOAL Ethiopia.

Key Duties:

Financial Control Systems: The Assistant Country Director (Systems)** will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure that the following tasks are carried out to the highest possible standard:

  1. Oversee the timely and accurate submission of monthly reports to GOAL Dublin comprising the Management Accounts, DSR and other reports as required.
  2. Ensure the timely and accurate submission of donor reports, government reports and other reports to GOAL Dublin and/or the relevant authorities.
  3. Support the FC with the preparation of budgets for donor proposals, the preparation and finalisation of annual budget and quarterly rolling budgets and the preparation of the year-end financial statements.
  4. In conjunction with the FC, monitoring and controlling of expenditure to ensure that it stays within available funding and agreed budgets using budget monitoring tools and highlight, as appropriate, under/overspends and agree actions required.
  5. Maintain and improve appropriate systems of internal control, particularly with respect to Field Office sites, and make use of IT where possible to improve financial systems.
  6. Ensure that GOAL Ireland’s and GOAL Ethiopia’s financial procedures and policies are adhered to at all times.
  7. To ensure appropriate controls over cash management and that the authorisation charts is always current and followed by employees.
  8. Ensure confidentiality of all GOAL Ethiopia financial data at all times, ensuring that no information is reported externally without sign off by the FC and/or Country Director
  9. Ensure that donor compliance is ‘mainstreamed’ throughout GE systems..
  10. At all times to ensure good communication links with GOAL Dublin

Human Resource Management Systems: The Assistant Country Director (Systems)** will work closely with the Human Resource Manager and ensure that work areas mentioned below are carried out to the highest possible standard:

  1. Undertake a review of GOAL Ethiopia HR procedures, structures and systems to ensure strict adherence to Ethiopian Labour Law and the GOAL Ethiopia admin/personnel manual, provide advice and guidance to the HR Manager and senior management team as needed
  2. Work with the Human Resources Manager to ensure that recommendations from the above review are implemented throughout the organisation.
  3. Assist the Senior Management Team and the Human Resources Manager to develop staff capacity and retention throughout the organisation.
  4. Oversee the review of the human resource plan, actual vs. requirement balance, as well as human resource planning process and to ensure that employment contracts are issued/renewed/terminated as required.
  5. Support Project Managers to implement training and development plans for all GOAL Ethiopia staff. Devise ways of identifying training needs and ensuring the applicability of same on the job. Advise Project Managers accordingly, provide support to HR Manager in identifying training and development programmes to be prioritised
  6. Support the HR Manager in reviewing staff legal cases; review reports produced by HR Manager on cases followed up by the Legal Officer.
  7. Support the SMT with the mainstreaming of cross-cutting issues such as Gender, Child Protection and Environment.
  8. Ensure GOAL Ethiopia HR standards meet all donor compliance requirements

Logistics Management Systems: The Assistant Country Director (Systems**) will work closely with the Logistics Coordinator and the Donor Compliance Officer (where applicable) to ensure that work areas mentioned below are carried out to the highest possible standard:

  1. To oversee the application of GOAL’s Logistics Manual to ensure full compliance to donor rules and regulations;
  2. To devise a system that documents GOAL Ethiopia’s distribution mechanisms all the way from procurement to the beneficiary;
  3. To ensure optimal management of Information with GOAL Ethiopia and to ensure that GOAL Ethiopia’s IT and office equipment standards policy is adhered to;
  4. To review Logistics Coordinator’s proposals on procurement policies, in relation to procurement such as code of conduct, ethics, fraud prevention, government procurement compliance;
  5. To advise and support the Logistics Coordinator in improving and standardising the transport system, devise systems to ensure efficiency;
  6. To oversee the Safety & Security System; professional approaches and systems as necessary. Devise and ensure adherence of security systems, work along with and support the Logistics in this respect;
  7. To review stock management system as well as asset management system;
  8. To liaise with GOAL Dublin Logistics Coordinator, Regional logistician in Nairobi and as required update and review logistics and procurement systems and standards.
  9. Perform other tasks, as required by the Country Director

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar position, with focus on administration, HR, finance and logistics
  • 3+ years of previous overseas management experience essential,
  • Experience in administration, personnel management and audit essential.
  • Budgetary control and financial management skills
  • Education to master’s level in a related subject
  • Strong interest in capacity building/mentoring of teams
  • An ability and willingness to travel to field locations on short term visits as required.
  • Good skills in systems implementation and development
  • Strong experience liaising with governmental / local authorities and other NGOs.
  • Excellent staff management skills
  • Proven communication, interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the English language (oral and written)
  • Political awareness and cultural sensitivity

Our package includes a competitive salary, shared accommodation, health and travel insurance and 20 days annual leave. Additional benefits are available after 12 months of service. Salary range for this role is € 43,000- 50,000

Background

UN Women, grounded in the vision of equality enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, works for the elimination of discrimination against women and girls; the empowerment of women; and the achievement of equality between women and men as partners and beneficiaries of development, human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security.

UN Women ECO Strategic Notes (SN) and Annual Work Plan 2017 (AWP) focuses on supporting the development objectives of the Ethiopia Growth and Transformation Plan (2010/11-2014/15) in relation to Pillar 8 on equity and empowerment as well as being aligned with United Nations Development Assistance Framework (2016 – 2020). The strategic approach and attendant workplan includes UN Women ECO's core principles in leading and promoting coherence within UN system work and supporting regional initiatives given the presence of UN ECA and African Union in Ethiopia. The Country Programme Division under the leadership of the Deputy Country Representative manages the Programme support to Ethiopia including the Joint Programme on Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women working with the government of Ethiopia in 9 Regions and the 2 City Administration, partnerships with donors and UN agencies through the Donor Group on Gender Equality and different UN Theme Groups to enhance gender equality and empowerment of women in Ethiopia. In its work for 2017-2020, UN Women ECO is focusing on four main development result areas (DRF) namely: 1) Women supported to lead and participate in decision-making at all levels; 2) Women, especially the poorest and most excluded, are economically empowered and benefit from development; 3) Women and girls live a life free from violence; and 4) Governance and national planning fully reflect accountability for gender equality commitments and priorities. To enhance operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness (OEEF) the SN provides guidance and priorities for its coordination mandate both at regional and country-level by prioritising the following Clusters of the corporate OEEF: 1) To drive more effective and efficient United Nations system coordination and strategic partnerships on gender equality and women’s empowerment; 2) To institutionalize a strong culture of results-based management, reporting, knowledge management and evaluation; 3) To enhance organizational effectiveness, with focus on a robust capacity and efficiency at country and regional levels; and 4) To leverage and manage resources.

One of the programme priorities of UN Women for Ethiopia is Ending Violence against Women and Girls. In this area, UN Women works with key partners from government, civil society and UN organizations in development and humanitarian settings to address legal gaps and strengthen policy frameworks with regards to protecting women survivors of violence and their rights; to expand the provision of legal and protection services to women; and to provide awareness raising initiatives on legal instruments and mechanisms and sexual and gender based violence.

In this context, UN Women Ethiopia is seeking to hire a Programme Specialist - EVAWG. While the position is based in the UN Women Ethiopia office in Addis Ababa, the role encompasses travel requirements within the different regions of Ethiopia. Reporting to Deputy Representative, the Programme Specialist exercises overall responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing UN Women interventions under his/her portfolio.  She/he works in close collaboration with the programme and operations team, UN Women HQ staff, Government officials, multi and bi-lateral donors and civil society ensuring successful UN Women programme implementation under portfolio. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop programme strategies in the area of EVAWG
  • Design and formulate programme/ project proposals and initiatives;
  • Draft inputs to country strategy documents, briefs, policy dialogue and other documents related to EVAWG.

 2. Manage the implementation and management of the EVAWG programme

  • Finalize the annual workplan and budget and manage their implementation;
  • Manage the technical implementation of the programme/project; ensure synergies with other teams;
  • Manage the submission of implementing partner financial and narrative reports;
  • Provide guidance to staff and partners on Results Based Management tools and performance indicators;
  • Organize Project Steering Committee, project review and/or evaluation meetings, as needed.

 

3.   Manage technical assistance and capacity development to project/programme partners

  • Build and manage relationships with national partners to support implementation and expansion of the EVAWG programme; respond to any potential problems;
  • Identify capacity building needs of partners and lead the coordination of technical assistance, mentoring, training and capacity development initiatives to partners.

4.  Manage the monitoring and reporting of the programme/ project

  • Manage the monitoring of programme/ project implementation and finances using results based management tools;
  • Oversee field missions and review reports on monitoring missions;
  • Write quarterly reports and donor reports, focusing on results, output and outcomes;
  • Contribute to office donor and UN Women reports.

5.  Manage the people and financial resources of the EVAWG programme

  • Manage the programme budget and draft financial reports;
  • Supervise Programme Officer and a Programme Assistant; Mentor and coach staff and conduct performance assessments;
  • Oversee recruitment processes, as necessary.

6. Build partnerships and support in developing resource mobilization strategies

  • Develop and implement partnerships and resource mobilization strategies;
  • Finalize relevant documentation on donors and potential opportunities for resource mobilization;
  • Analyze and research information on donors, prepare substantive briefs on possible areas of cooperation, identification of opportunities for cost sharing.

7. Contribute to inter-agency coordination on EVAWG to achieve coherence and alignment of UN Women programmes with other partners in Ethiopia

  • Provide technical support to the Representative and Deputy Representative on inter-agency coordination related activities by attending meetings, events, and participating in groups and committees as needed;
  • Coordinate with other UN agencies, government departments, donors and NGOs to ensure the projects’ capacity development programme is harmonized and aligned with other in-country efforts.

8. Manage advocacy, knowledge building and communication efforts

  • Develop and review background documents, briefs and presentations related to the EVAWG;
  • Represent UN Women in meetings and policy dialogues on issues related to EVAWG as necessary;
  • Develop advocacy strategies and oversee their implementation;
  • Identify best practices and lessons learned to guide programme improvement and strategy planning;
  • Develop knowledge management strategies, products and methodologies on EVAWG.

The position

With a position of seed Expert, you will function within a team of individuals with complementary expertise in seed sector development. You will be supervised by the regional scientific coordinator, who will be assisted by a regional project manager. The regional project manager will supervise you on a day to day basis. Expertise, guidance, and support in gender; informal seed systems; business development; project implementation strategy; monitoring and evaluation (M&E); and data management will be provided by the Addis Ababa based ISSD Ethiopia project management unit (PMU). A team of experts from Wageningen University and Research Centre (Wageningen UR), the Netherlands will support PMU. Regional activity planning will be conducted with the participation of PMU and often in collaboration with other projects united by the BENEFIT partnership. You will be an active participant in seed related issues with the teams based at other duty stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capacity strengthening of seed producer organizations, which include community based seed producer groups, seed producer cooperatives, small and medium public and private seed enterprises, in quality seed production.
  • You will be expected to train and coach seed producers on quality seed production and post-harvest management.
  • Facilitating linkages to key inputs and services.
  • Your role is also to help seed producers identify and connect with relevant input and service providers, including: crop researchers and technology developers; early generation seed producers; agro-input suppliers; seed regulatory authorities; suppliers of post-harvest seed value adding products and services; and other relevant actors.
  • Planning, monitoring and evaluating activities related to quality seed production, handling, storage and transport: You should actively support seed producers to contribute to project planning, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and work with the project’s M&E team in data collection; management; analysis; and reporting.
  • Documenting and seed experiences on quality seed production, handling, storage and transport: You will participate in any seed events within your own team and with others.

ISSD Ethiopia aims to improve access to quality seed

The goal of ISSD Ethiopia is to improve female and male smallholder farmer access to and use of quality seed of new, improved and/or farmer preferred varieties to sustainably increase agricultural productivity. The project builds upon more than eight years of existing experiences in supporting the development of a vibrant, pluralistic and market oriented seed sector in Ethiopia. In its current (2016-2019), it will strengthen seed producers in three different seed systems (informal, intermediary and formal); enhance the performance of seed value chains within these seed systems; and contribute to the improvement of an enabling environment for seed value chains in the different seed systems. In addition, the project will strengthen the professional capacities for implementing the ISSD approach.

ISSD Ethiopia is implemented in four regions of Ethiopia through multiple partnerships

The ISSD Ethiopia project is one of four projects united under the BENEFIT Partnership in Ethiopia. BENEFIT stands for Bilateral Ethiopia-Netherlands Effort for Food, Income and Trade. It is a partnership among four projects in the country, including ISSD Ethiopia, and with the Ethiopian agricultural sector itself, funded by the Dutch Government. ISSD Ethiopia is implemented by five regional ISSD units hosted at four universities (Bahir Dar, Haramaya, Hawassa and Mekelle) and Oromia Seed Enterprise in four regions of the country, supported by the ISSD-PMU and BENEFIT Partnership Coordination Unit (PCU), both located in Addis Ababa, and by Wageningen UR, the Netherlands. Regional implementing partners are: Bahir Dar University; Haramaya University and Oromia Seed Enterprise; Hawassa University; and Mekelle University, operating in Amhara region; Oromia region (divided into eastern and south & western, respectively); Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR); and Tigray region, in corresponding order of mention.

Experience, knowledge, and skills required

The Seed Expert should have knowledge, experience, and skills in:

  • 8+ years of experiences with MA/MSc/ 12+ years of BA/BSc
  • Seed science, seed science and technology, seed business management, agronomy as well as plant breeding and be able to apply these practically to promote quality seed production;
  • Specific knowledge working with cereals, pulses, oilseed, and other crops is advantageous;
  • Agronomic practices for seed production (soil fertility management, pest and disease management, soil moisture and irrigation management).
  • Seed quality assurance (establishing and promoting internal seed quality control processes, knowledge on seed quality standards and regulation).
  • Post-harvest handling, conditioning, and storage of seed.
  • To perform the function optimally, the candidate should be able to:
  • Coach seed producers, which include community based seed producer groups, farmer cooperatives, small and medium public and private seed enterprises, on the above-mentioned aspects of quality seed production and post-harvest management.
  • Work effectively with seed producers to identify and address agronomic and infrastructural challenges to quality seed production, handling, storage and transport;
  • Assist seed producers in setting up and managing internal quality control organization and procedures;
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and forums in the seed sector for the purpose of facilitating improved availability and use of quality seed;
  • Act as an ambassador to the project, its implementing partners and target groups;
  • Contribute to project related seed and seed sector development;

Resources Manager

 

  Salary: 10,000-12,000 (Gross)    

Symbol Technologies is one of the leading systems integrator in the country that provides various ICT solutions to the commercial, private, government, non-government and telecom sectors. Currently our company is seeking to hire professional with the Resources Manager vacant position.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls company human resources and organizational development activities within policies laid down and delegated authority;
  • Advises the Managing Director on staff and management relations; human resources development, succession plan, career development and related affairs;
  • Manages and ensures the maintenance of sound and modern human resources management; approves, within delegated authority, such personnel matters as recruitment, placement, transfer, promotion, demotion, termination, salary increment and employee benefit programs;
  • Studies existing administrative methods and analyses operating procedures to improve work flow, simplify administrative processes, to standardize systems and to implement administrative cost reductions;
  • Directs studies on organizational structure, methods, systems and procedures, organizational objectives and exercise of authority, organizational regulations, formal and informal lines of communication and control to identify problem areas and consider solution options;
  • Directs organizational development activities to facilitate changes in the belief, attitude, value and work culture of employees and corporate structure to adapt or adopt new technologies, markets and challenges through the use of conflict resolution methods, effective team management and problem solving techniques;
  • Collecting reports from main departments of the company appropriately on timely manner and responding critical issues and problem faced.
  • Representing the company on regular basis towards client relations, marketing activities and on vender-suppliers’ relationships.
  • To identify staff training needs and support with their development. To carry out regular supervision, inductions and annual appraisals to carry out performance management when needed.
  • Develops and introduces systems and procedures to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the department; monitors progress and recommends actions necessary to ensure achievement of strategic planning goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective and working relationships with staff members, and other organizations and stakeholders.

Reporting to:   Managing Director

 

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • Masters / Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience - with managerial level will be preferable.
  • Previous exposures on ERP solutions  and other tools usage of HRIS.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective and working relationships with staff members, government officials, and other organizations and stakeholders.
  • Excellent managerial and multitasking skills,
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fluent in Spoken and written English
