  • Check whether the received items are according to the specifications and as per the remarks given by the technical expert;

  • Return the items with defects under the clearance of the respected body;
  • Collect receiving voucher for proper registration and controlling;
  • Categorized procured items to the respected users as per the plan or purchase request;
  • Register all procured items and their prices on stock card;
  • Generate PIN for all fixed assets and hand over the list;
  • Collect and register/ post /list of issued items and up to date the balance.;
  • Create users card by the names of property users
  • Keeps the records electronically for registration/adjustment/and make it accessible to all other concerned parties
  • Shall feed the necessary data on to computer for fixed assets to compute depreciation value;
  • Support the store keeper in shelving and proper store keeping;
  • Collect data and make adjustment for returned items by the users;
  • Devising a mechanism to determine reorder and safety stock level for regularly consumable items and operationally critical items;
  • Maintain communication, and provide regular updates and feedback to the project office and Procurement &Property Management Directorate on any issues to the implementation and management of property;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi annually progress report and prepare and consolidate annual report;
