Secretary Cashier Job in Ethiopia

  • Prepare a payment request, checks, petty cash and other payment related supporting documents;
  • Ensure the completeness of records before processing payments
  • Prepare sales invoices as per the transactions detail;
  • Organize and file all financial related records in a professional manner;
  • Ensure the availability of cash at bank and on hand before processing payment;
  • Prepare a weekly cash flow statement and list of outstanding collection;
  • Record financial transaction on a timely manner
  • Other task assigned by your immediate supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance or any other related fields
  • Required work experience: Minimum of 2 Years experience for Diploma and zero years of experience for Degree holders
