1. Manager, Risk Management Division

Job Summary: The purpose of Risk management division manager’s job is to develop strategy, policies and procedures for risk management function; to plan, organize. and direct the operation of the division and ensure its effective operation; to oversee the risk management activities of the bank; to lead independent and bank wide review, monitoring, and identification of financial and non-financial risks; to protect the bank from undue business lose; and to consolidate reports of the division

Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements:
  • BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting. Economics, Management or in related fields.
  • 8 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in supervisory or equivalent positions.

2. Job title: Manager, Banking Centre (for the soon to be opened Ziway Banking Center)

The purpose of this job is to plan, direct and coordinate the functions of the branch or banking unit; ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank and assigned banking center targets; oversee the day to day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services; ensures that the activities are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and NBE directives.

Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements:
  • B.A. Degree in Banking and Finance, Management, Accounting, Economics or related Business fields.
  • Seven years of relevant work experience out of which two years as an Assistant Branch Manager or equivalent.
  • Those who have practical Banking experience in Zeway and the surrounding are highly encouraged to apply.

3. Job Title: Information Technology Officer (Level I)

Job Summary; The incumbent is responsible to ensure that all communications on networks run smoothly by implementing, managing, troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting networks and the overall IT Infrastructure of the Bank; to administer in-house developed systems, databases and assist other members of the organizations including programmers and flex support team, who all require database technical support to achieve their day to day activities and give other general IT related support as may be instructed by the immediate supervisor.

Educational Qualification Requirements;
  • BSC in Information Science, Computer Science, IT or in related fields
  • Graduate of 2017 and onwards with CGPA of 3.00 and above.
Minimum Work Experience: Not Required
Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge of SQL language, DBMS (MSSQL)
  • A person with good Interpersonal skill
  • Ability to detect network point of failures and suggest alternatives
  • CCNA, A+ and MCP certifications
  • Skills in system installation and configuration
  • Good Communication skill etc...
